This young patient, unfortunately, made several mistakes regarding her buttocks. She had previously undergone buttock augmentation with silicone implants, which were positioned incorrectly just under the skin. Over time, her buttocks began to sag. She further complicated the situation by receiving injections of permanent filler. When she came to me for a revision, I removed the permanent filler, replaced the silicone implants, and positioned them correctly under the gluteal muscle. To provide a holistic approach, I also performed liposuction on the lower back to achieve a more aesthetically pleasing contour of the buttocks
