This 63-year-old patient wanted to look younger. Despite being very active, her face showed signs of aging, which she wanted to address in a natural manner. I performed a deep plane facelift for her. This surgery was conducted under local anesthesia and completed in 2 hours. The objective was to reposition the anatomy, focusing on the SMAS muscle and the fat compartments.
