This man, who works at an investment bank in Paris, is around 50 years old. He was bothered by his colleagues' comments about him looking tired. His tired appearance was not due to lack of sleep, but rather to excess skin on the upper eyelids and excess fat on the lower eyelids. I performed both upper and lower blepharoplasty to correct these issues. The photo shows a very early result, taken 8 days after the surgery. A little bit of swelling and redness is still present.
